Read a book on the theme of HEROES. The book may be fiction or non-fiction and may be chosen from a variety of subjects. Examples could be heroic characters from mythology, legend, or literature; or heroic figures from history, politics, sports, or entertainment.
Bring your book with you to class on the first day of school along with the provided ‘Hero Type and Evidence Notes’ on how your book relates to the theme of heroes. This notes sheet will be given to students at the end of the school year, but it can also be accessed on the library homepage.
